At NammaKudisai, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received is defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise specified on the product page.


2. Non-Returnable Products

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Personal care products
  • Hygiene-related products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products
  • Products marked as non-returnable

Product-specific return conditions may apply.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoices must be retained.
  • The product should not show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery.

NammaKudisai reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.


4. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced if:

  • The item is damaged during transit.
  • A defective product is received.
  • An incorrect product is delivered.

Replacement availability depends on stock availability.


5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund request will be reviewed.

If approved:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

The actual credit time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another suitable refund method.

Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details.


7. Return Shipping

Depending on the product, seller, and reason for return:

  • Return pickup may be arranged.
  • Customers may be requested to ship the product back.

Instructions will be provided during the return process.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the Return Policy will apply.

NammaKudisai reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Technical issues
