How Shipping Works
Namma Kudisai is a marketplace of local sellers. When you place an order, it's packed and dispatched directly by the seller nearest to you, then delivered through our logistics partners — anywhere in India.
Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the seller's location, your delivery address, and courier partner serviceability.
Shipping Charges
Order Tracking
- Every order can be tracked live from the My Orders section of the Namma Kudisai app.
- You'll get real-time status updates: Order Confirmed → Packed → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
- A tracking link/ID is shared as soon as the seller dispatches your order.
Multiple Sellers in One Order
If your order includes items from different local sellers, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. Each shipment can be tracked individually in the app.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking status in the app first. If it still looks delayed, reach out to us and we'll follow up with the seller and courier partner on your behalf.
