Eligible for Return / Replacement
Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Wrong product was delivered.
- Product has major manufacturing defects.
- Item received is significantly different from the product ordered.
- Important parts of the product are broken or missing upon delivery.
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Product does not meet personal expectations.
- Minor color, texture, size, or design variations in handmade products.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
- Used, altered, or washed products.
- Complaints raised after the allowed return window.
Special Note for Handmade & Terracotta Products
Many products sold on Nammakudisai are handmade, artisan-crafted, terracotta, clay, wooden, or natural products. Slight variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, and appearance are natural characteristics of handmade items and shall not be considered defects.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return or damage request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Required Proof for Claims
To process return, replacement, or refund requests, customers must provide:
- Order ID.
- Product images showing the issue.
- Package images.
- Unboxing video (highly recommended for damage claims).
Inspection & Verification
All return and refund requests are reviewed by the Nammakudisai Support Team. Approval depends on verification of the submitted evidence and compliance with this policy.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banks.
- Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by incorrect or damaged delivery.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, Nammakudisai may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability and seller approval.

Nammakudisai is a multi-seller marketplace. Return, replacement, and refund requests are coordinated between customers, sellers, and the Nammakudisai support team to ensure a fair resolution.
