1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Namma Kudisai app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, place an order, or sell on Namma Kudisai. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3Marketplace Role

Namma Kudisai is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with independent local sellers across India. We facilitate the listing, sale, and delivery of products, but each product is sold by the respective seller — not by Namma Kudisai directly.

• Product quality, description accuracy, and fulfillment are the seller's responsibility.
• Namma Kudisai verifies sellers onboarded to the platform but does not manufacture or own the listed products.

4Your Account

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility — let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

5Orders & Payments

We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed, or for COD, once the order is placed and accepted by the seller.
• Prices, taxes, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Namma Kudisai is not liable for payment failures caused by your bank, card network, or Razorpay's systems, though we'll assist in resolving such issues.

6Seller Responsibilities

Sellers on Namma Kudisai agree to:

• List accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Pack and dispatch orders within the timelines shown in the app.
• Honor the platform's Refund & Return and Shipping policies.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws relating to the sale of goods.

7Returns, Refunds & Shipping

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products, as detailed in our Refund & Return Policy. Shipping timelines and charges are covered in our Shipping Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

8Prohibited Conduct

While using Namma Kudisai, you agree not to:

• List or attempt to purchase illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
• Misuse the returns process (e.g., false defect claims).
• Interfere with the app's security or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts.
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

9Limitation of Liability

Namma Kudisai acts as an intermediary marketplace. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, product quality issues, or delays caused by sellers or logistics partners.

10Intellectual Property

The Namma Kudisai name, logo, app design, and content are the property of Namma Kudisai and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Namma Kudisai at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. You may also stop using the platform and close your account at any time.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
